Constant issues starting Reolume v6.0.7

Hi! we seam to be having issue after issue simply opening Resolume v6.0.7.

- At first a simple re-install seamed to fix the issue.
- The next time it refused to start we found that deleting the midi mapping .xml seamed to fix the issue.
- This time we cant get it to start no matter what we do... it loads the splash screen then becomes unresponsive.

Machine Info:

Windows 10 Home
Quadro P4000
Intel 5820K
64gb of ram
500gb SSD boot disk
512gb M.2 drive for content

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

What have you tried to do?

Have you tried renaming the Documents/Resolume Arena 6 )or Documents/Resolume Avenue 6 folder if you have Avenue), so Resolume starts with clean settings?

Could you send us your log file so we can check what's going on? it's in win10 : it's in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Resolume Arena (or Avenue if you have Avenue.)

Hey!

- We have tried renaming and deleting the Documents/Resolume Arena 6 folder
- We have tried deleting the various midi xml files (which seamed to allow it to start once...)
- We have tried re-installing Arena which seams to sometimes fix the issue temporarily.
- We did a clean instal of windows which seamed to allow it to work for a whole day.

Version 5 seams to be functioning perfectly fine so were running that for the time being.

I can send a log file tomorrow as the machines are out on a show tonight.
