Error Api-ms-win-crt-cornio-l1-1-0.dll

Arena.exe

La aplicacion no se puede iniciar por que falta Api-ms-win-crt-cornio-l1-1-0.dll

Copy and paste the Api-ms-win-crt-cornio-l1-1-0.dll file into system32 and syswon64
and now the error marks me:

Can not find the procedure entry point ucrtbase._getch
in the dynamic link library Api-ms-win-crt-cornio-l1-1-0.dll

What version? 6.0.9 or 5.1.4
