Effect clip works only when selected

Hi all,
first time posting here (and first day of using Resolume, actually...)
I'm having a little problem and I want to understand if it's my error or something wrong in Resolume..

I mad an Effect Clip with 3 effects and their opacity is mapped to MIDI notes sent by Ableton Live.
All is working fine, except it works only while the clip is selected.
If I select anything else in the composition (and I made sure the effect clip is still connected in the layer)

The clip I'm referring to is the one called "LoRez+Shard+..."

Other fx clips that are not MIDI controlled seem to work even when not selected.
Am I doing anything wrong?

Your three FX are zeroed out (opacity at 0%) which is why you can't visualize the effects so try bringing the opacity to 100%.

My guess is you have your shortcut targets set to Selected...
