So I have had this rather embarrassing problem for a while and today I finally got to the bottom of it with some help from George Toledo on the FB QC group. The issue was that I sometimes got a strobing/flashing White output when switching decks.
I removed all the suggested problem plugins and added them back one by one, I narrowed it down to one particular. It was v002 Blurs v2.0.2. Took it out of the folder and I can no longer replicate the issue. Hooray!
