Transport in clips with audio only in milliseconds

I can't set IN and OUT points in clips with audio in "hh:mm:ss" format, only in milliseconds.

I see how this can be annoying.

It seems that it's the same for any video clip whether there is audio or not.

Also, it seems in Resolume that time is expressed in HH:MM:SS.FF (with FF relating to the actual clip's FPS) instead of HH:MM:SS:FF
