P2000 is more in line with GTX 1050ti or 1060. Also, th P series is more of for workstations so unless you can step up to the P6000, my recommendation would be to go with a GTX 1080ti and a Datapath FX4 to get 1 UI + 6 displays.

I will try with Blackmagic 4K input card and GTX1080Ti or P4000 to output.
I will mapping in this model with blending (kindly pls see the attached file) so that why I need 6 outputs independence.
With FX4 I cannot adjust for each output to match.

If you use more than one card, make sure your UI is connected to the better card.

I will use GTX1080Ti with 3 outputs, 1 output 4K for FX4 (for 4 projectors) and 2 outputs FullHD.
I think this is the best way for now

Use HDMI/DVI for your UI and DisplayPort for your FX4 and the other 2 outputs and you should be golden!
