no function to deactivate licenses on servers on the site

We purchased 4 licenses for the resolume arena 6. When buying, we filled out a form that indicated the company's e-mail address. There is no function to deactivate licenses on servers on the site in the personal account. How to solve this problem?

We've figured out the issue for OP. So, what happened is, that the license was bought from a reseller.

When you buy from a reseller, the license is added to the reseller's account.
If you'd like us to move it to your account, you need to contact us.

I sent the data to the address above, with a license number and an e-mail address for managing the license from my personal account.
