PROBLEM HELP Resolume + Arturia Beatstep

Hi, i have a problem with my arturia beatstep, i try with resolume 4, 6. Resolume can’t recognize any pad. But in the software work very well. Help Please (Sorry for my english goodbye from argentina)

Is your MIDI controller available and active in the MIDI tab of the preferences?

Im a rookie in midi controller + resolume (as well as writing in english)
I did tests in windows 7 and 10 I installed midi software and update firmware (Download from oficial website. And have all pc drivers in the last update with driver pack solutions) In the oficial maker suite work fine any pad, but in resolume dont.. again help! I give you a team viewer key if you want.
