hello friends, I'm combining screens from the advanced option in multi-screen usage, but I'm having a sync problem at the junction points.

Hello. Could you please be more specific? By SYNC you mean that the video has some sort of delay from one screen to the other or most likely edges are not matching?
You have to blend screens and not just place edges close to each other like the image you posted.

What's between your 1080ti and your video wall and how did you break down the output?
