Black screen with my Blackmagic intensity shuttle thunderbolt

Hello guys,
I just bought Blackmagic intensity shuttle thunderbolt and unfortunately I can't capture nothing with it. I have a black screen with Media Express and OBS. I tried different source (PS4, Camera,...) and nothing.

I'm with the last version of MacOS and the last version of Desktop Video Setup. Any idea ?
