Distorted audio after conversion in Alley

After converting this file in Alley

Audio seems to be corrupted at peaks. Looks like this happening only an 48kHz sample rate.

I converted a file with audio last night for an awards show. No issues on my end.
What version of Alley are you running? Can you send a link over for the original file (if that's not what is already in the link)

Thanks

There is an issue with AAC conversion we've been working on, where peaks can sound cracky.
Will be fixed in the next release.
