Sharing Fixture and Advanced Output files

Im setting up custom fixtures and a custom advanced output (ArtNet) for a client. I'm on the latest version of Resolume Arena on a PC. My client is using the latest OSX Version.
They have copied the fixture files i sent them and imported the advanced output. The pixel map looks as it does on mine, but the fixture names are all wrong:

ALl the fixtures are just DUMMY Fixtures?
WHats going on here? Anyone seen this before

Confirmed, they sent me a screencap of their fixture editor and the fixtures are imported properly.
Its just in the advanced output all the fixtures are being displayed as "Dummy Fixture" even though the map is correct

Make sure your client drops the fixture files in the [Fixture Libray] folder and not the whole folder folder you send them. Also they need to restart Arena after they add the files.
