Asus Rog freez and no sonic suite

hi i just got a new asus rog GL504G laptop and when im choosing the output display it always freezes ..
i saw that if you uninstall the sonic suite it solves the problem but i dont have the sonic suite on the programs apparently
anyone knows what the solution ?

I guess you have the latest drivers directly from the manufacturer websites for your GPU-s right?
Both Intel and The dedicated one.

Which Resolume, and windows version do you have?

Have you double checked that Sonic Suite applications are not present on your system?

yes latest drivers is installed
its resolume 6.1.1 and windows 10 Home

Try disabling all applications and services that start up automatically, and are not from Microsoft.
If you do this one by one and try to start Resolume and select an output you should find what's causing it if it's an incompatibility with another app.

Could be something new we didn't hear about yet.

Could you send us the Resolume log file via the feedback tab in preferences?

i just bought a Asus ROG GL704GM and having same issue.
but today i finally found out solution to fixed this issue.
just uninstall Sonic Studio & Sonic Rader and the problem solved !
