Song in Ableton will toggle a specific clip

Hi.
Im new to Ableton and Avenue so i have a quick question.
Is it possible to make a link with ableton so my specific track can turn on a specific clip in Avenue? i dont need any bpm sync etc. i just need to play it in the same time when i click "play" on a specific track.
For example: i have a song titled "TRAP II". When i click play on this song i want Avenue to play an animation that i chose in the same time so it will be synced. Animation is already made for this specific song so its already synched but i need to play it in the same time. Is it possible to set this up for every song that i have on my ableton set?
