Artnet to DMX software

Does anyone know of a software solution that would be able to capture the artnet out from Resolume 6 running on the same machine, and convert it back to DMX for my 'ol trusty Enttecc usb dmx interface to send out ?

All this artnet stuff is great for whatever more complex stage or installation.
But if you just need to control 2 rgb spots & 2 strobes it's really a pain in the ass, i end up taking my mac with me with QLC+.

If this wouldn't work , whats the cheapest simplest working artnet node i can get atm ?
Don't mind soldering some stuff & making a box.
It's just for the couple of times i need to control a few dmx channels in a year , i don't want to spend 150$ at the moment and throw my enttec in the drawer.

Create a simple network in TouchDesigner that receives Artnet (DMX In CHOP) and outputs it via a USB interface (DMX Out CHOP)
