Best Nvidia setting for Arena

Hi all,
I think its an important point for Arena
If anyone have informations about the Nvidia setting (Manage 3D settings) section,
What is the best for Arena
For example :

Texture filtering : Quality, performance or high Quality?

Triple buffering : on or off?

Vertical Sync : off, on, adaptive or fast?

I think this settings have edit to get the best performance for Arena
