It's the entire comp that freezes for a very short time, not just a clip or a layer, and it doesn't matter what exactly is playing in this comp.
I'm running quite big comps with a couple of generative fx layers , 3-5 content layers , 6-10 fx layers , generally hooked up to 2 or 3x 1080p projectors. Fps 25-30 and stable throughout the night.
Looking at the performance, everything is working hard but far from max , my ssd is far from clipping, cpu around 60%, ram at 50% , gpu at 70-85%.
Temperatures are hot around 90°c cpu , 95 gpu , while the laptop is on a cooling pad with all internal fans at maximum.
I do see sometimes a peak in CPU usage , i think when it hits the freeze glitch :/
As i don't got 2 full HD monitors here i can't recreate the same conditions as last weekends show when the problem got me again
I optimized my system as much as possible, all my content is running of my c:/ SSD , nothing else of software going on, and i even to be sure completed formatted this machine but still same issue.
I'm running my shows from my msi gs63vr laptop with win10x64, i7-7700hq - 16g ram , gtx1070maxq
This laptop is only used for vj gigs and i really need to get these issues solved soon
