Clips suddenly gone

Hi there we’ve got some issue today suddenly more than half of clips was gone , yesterday is fine , didn’t change any hardware setup or directory change ... and it seems those clips has been removed cos it doesn’t show the relocate function .

Tried move the config.xml and reboot the software but it doesn’t work too

Any recommend how to fix this ? Thanks a lot !!

Have you saved your composition after adding the clips you're missing?

Yes sure .. because we had different light crew with their own composite they will load their setting , more than a year no this issue happen , this is the first time we had this ..

You might want to get in touch with that crew, about what they did exactly on the machine then.
Check your Documents folder, maybe they renamed the Resolume folder, before they loaded their settings.
