Effects and transforming in clip are not working anymore

Hi everybody,

I can't transform my clips in a preprogammed composition anymore. Also added effects are not working. Transforming in layers is still possible but not in clips. When I start a new composition everything is good. Any ideas?

edit: only in layer 1, all other layers are good

Can you record a short video of what you are doing and what is not working? would be the fastest way to get it....

1. put a clip in layer
2. play this clip ( you see this clip as you want to? )
3. put an effect on this clip ( does it work?)
4. Put the effect on the layer ( does it work)
5. put the effect on the composition lvl (does it work)
