arena effects stooping for seconds

hi all
i'm facing a very noisy problem when i'm using arena 6.1.2
after loading effects and during the show all effect not working for seconds and come back to work .
i deleted the software and install it again with no any change

AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2 GB
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Have you tried this with the latest 6.1.3 version 6 release?
