Dmx Issues V7

I have running my current show on resolume arena v6 with a custom made dmx profile. When trying to use the same profile with version7. I run into a few problems. On the single dmx channels like rotate I end up with the values defaulting to a value of 0.71.
With other values that are 16 bit I end up with a default value of 2.12. I vaguely remember this being an issue in version 5. Is there a fix for this or do we need to wait for an update?
