SAVE SHORTCUT PRESET

Post by Etrange miroir »

Hi, i am not very familiar with resolume.
I am opening a old project (2018) and the shortcuts settled are the one i used this summer for an other project. Means that resolume didn't save the Midi shortcuts of my project, but keep in mind the last one opened. I'd like to save shortcuts as i save my projects.
I saw that we can save a shortcut preset but can't find where. Indeed, the software doesn't propose to save the preset when i do a right click on "shortcut" as it is explain here : https://resolume.com/support/en/midi-shortcuts :?
i probably misunderstand, could you help ?
Thanks a lot.

Once you create a midi shortcut preset, it gets saved automatically when you make changes to it in Documents/Resolume Arena/Shortcuts/midi

Resolume stores the currently active shortcut preset in the composition file, so it should be opened back up along with your composition.

If you'd like to save a different preset for a different composition, you need to create a different shortcut preset and save your different composition with it active.
