like i said in other posts, I had 2 midi inputs for the same device (one through USB, and one through the soundcard) therefore cancelling triggering, but when I disable the little pink squares for the inputs I don't want to use in "preferences : midi general", resolume hangs, the cursor doesn't follow, and then stops, I can't quit or go back to desktop, only hard reboot will do.
So when i restart all options are back on, the only way for me is to actually unplug the cable, ie can't desactivate any of the midi inputs.
my controlers are evolution mk361c and UC33e.
preferences : midi general

I have not had crashes, but have had major delays when inactivating MIDI hardware.
Try using MIDIOX (http://www.midiox.com) and the MIDI Yoke driver to create a virtual MIDI port. Connect the devices to the virtual port in MIDIOX, and connect Resolume to the virtual port. You can disable the devices (or remap them to avoid conflict) in MIDIOX.
