btTV not adjustable

ahoi

i got a problem with a bt878 TV card. i use the wdm driver from http://btwincap.sourceforge.net wich works fine so far. With e.g. WdmMiscUtils or Dscaler TV runs liquid in full PAL res.
In resolume i need to set up TV card before starting it, cause i can't change settings within resolume. Unfortunately the BtPCICapture source runs not liquid in any layer. Format button showes it runs at full PAL res. happens on version 2.1 and 2.2
Does anybody of you know, how to set up a lower res like 320x240 for the BtTV card before starting resolume?

resolume sets the format itself.
when the process resolution is higher or equal to 400x300 it will take full pal res otherwise it will take half pal res.

with webcams it will try to match the webcam resoluion to the process resolution.
