Output Crash

Hello,
I have been trying to set up Resolume Arena version 7 for my video acquisition and it has been a crazy spin, each time i try to test using the outputs (1st and 2nd outputs) the software crashes just when it goes to the 2nd output.
Now am in a place where i really don't know how to go about it. My guess would be "compatibility issue" but am not sure why. my computer has the following specification:
Windows 10, core i9 processor, Nvidia RTX 2070 video card, 32G RAM, and am using Arena version 7
I would appreciate any helpful insight as to how to resolve this issue, thanks in anticipation.
