Lags, lip synch and audio glitchy

anyone have a clue why during a corporate show, everything has gone a bit glitchy - audio sync has dropped out, also a little bit of top end glitch on the audio?

Runninng 7.1.0 on PC Win 10 / i9 / RTX 2080ti - two outputs surrounded at 7680x2160@50hz.

Been running rock solid for last 3 days btw - just started in the middle of the actual show today.

What changed in your setup after the 3 days?

absolutely nothing - that's the weird thing - it's just been sat there running the led wall the whole time, not rebooted or gone online.

hmmm, could be this one, but hard to say.

We also heard of something similar, in a complex setup, where glitches started once the lighting was switched on: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=19316

I had the same issue just few days ago - rebooted fresh on show day.
So the issue appeared for me on a system running less then 8 hours.

Only found 1 error in the event viewer of NVIDIA OpenGL Driver that it encountered an out of memory error. This 3 hours before show started.
But i'm running this via email with support.

same thing happened to me today. fine for rehearsals, few first clips went fine, went south from halfway onwards. crackles and sync problems. both on usb and on integrated soundcard. even the clips that were fine at first would not work anymore. after the gig i tried plugging/unplugging soundcard, unplugged everything from all ports, different buffer size, no luck. restarted arena and all was ok.
hp omen, 8750h, 2070, win10, arena 7.1.0, dxv.
will try to replicate tomorrow.

Yesterday I had a similar issue.

12min Video had in die end a 6s delay.
During rehearsal everything was OK. No changes on the setup in between.

After the show we played the file again and again. OK. No more 6s delay but still not lipsynch. Can't reproduce it.

VLC and ppt does its job without any issues.

1 Layer with 4 Clips and stils in between.

Which Resolume version and what kind of clips?

Same problem here. Arena ver. 7, latest update. DXV3 files converted from mp4 in Alley..

had something similar yesterday during a theatre performance, playing visuals & audio from the same laptop on arena 7
One clip at a time, but subtle 'digital crackles' on the audio
Didn't notice it during run throughs, but didn't restart arena before the performance.
