SDI Video Output is only 1/3rd of HD Screen

Hello Arena Experts.
I am new here, testing various software to find what will best work for us. I have a problem with 4-channel output to a Blackmagic Design Decklink Duo Card.

All (4) SDI channels outputs to a broadcast-quality, professional monitor with the entire picture squeezed down to about 1/3 size (see pictures, attached). We have tried messing with the adjustments, but to no avail.

We are still using the TRIAL test version of Arena, since we are evaluating different software programs. Could that be the problem, in that once we buy a license, the picture goes to full HD 1920x1080 size?
