How to restore default MIDI notes to channels?

I was fiddling around with MIDI assignments, when I accidentally cleared all the default MIDI note -> channel assignments.

How can I get them back?

re-install resolume
OR
make a copy of the midi.xml file located in your "~\documents and settings\~" before changing midi preferences (for default restore).

p.s. i accidentally cleared just one note "C2 1" and edited the this xml file by adding the missing element/s.
