Was this NDI or file copy?

I think Newtek misunderstood you, based on their reply...
This happens for me on an older (2012) macbook too, but I need a really fast moving image for it, like a Static source. Doesn't happen however on any of my windows machines, though they are also more powerful.
Lowering the output resolution gets me back to full quality, maybe that would work for you too.
