Locking to "this layer" in video router

"Where is Feature X? I need Feature X! How can you not have Feature X?"

Locking to "this layer" in video router

It would be very useful to be able to lock to specific input layers in the video routers. I'm starting to use them pretty heavily and every time I add a new layer to my composition, I need to adjust the input layer on every video router since the drop-down menu seems to be locked to layer position.

I don’t think thus should be a feature request. This is a design bug!
Please show a reasonable usecase where this behaviour is desired.

Also an "All Above" mode would be great!
