Crashing and plugins

Hello, I've been reading through the docs (https://resolume.com/support/en/avenue-arena-difference) because I'm trying to export a plugin, to no avail, because it crashes. I downloaded Resolume Avenue Version 7.1.2 rev 68793 21 Apr 2020 and I'm wondering if what I need is Resolume Arena or whether I'm doing something incorrectly.

There is a popup in your recording after the crash, could you please fill that out, and send it?
That way we'd get information about what goes wrong.
