no video output except 'DVD-MAX'

I've a problem with the output to an external monitor.

The video output options window in resolume only shows one monitor (named '1'), and a box named 'DVD-MAX'.

My laptop actually does have a composite video output but I can't select it anywhere, so resolume will not display on an external TV !

When I select 'DVD-MAX' as an output I can only 'enable' it but this doesn't do anything.

I've also tried this on my desktop computer which has a similar video card. Again, no external video output is possible.
I don't understand what is going wrong???

You have to enable the second screen in Windows first.
Right-click on the desktop and go to properties, then choose settings.
Here you see your screen settings, make sure you have enabled your second screen.

hey, i had the same problem over the weekend with my laptop. i had run my backup dvd the entire night. lcukily i had recorded my previous performances.
