No clue on the crash report. Maybe it's something big that crashes so hard the program doesn't get to the point where it sends the option for a report?
I'd try rolling back GPU drivers. Most of the time, that seems to be the problem with Resolume crashing.
You're not using any third party plugins are you?
It's good to know that with all the other programs closed, the crashing still happens, this helps.
On a side note, when using OBS, Have you tried using Spout rather than NDI (assuming that OBS is on the same machine as Resolume.) I find that Spout works better than NDI in any application on the same machine
