GPU Accelerated Decode/Encode (Alley)

I know that the DXV codec is a gpu accelerated Codec, but is it possible to encode/decode other file types when batch converting in Alley. I know for me personally, a lot of content is delivered as H.264 which most/all graphics cards (including iGPU) can decode in hardware. I would imagine that this will add some speedup and lower CPU usage during encode (assuming you keep the encode CPU driven).
