Resolume output lowers framerate

Hi, I'm experiencing a slight problem, when using any program (mainly obs) to capture resolume video output either via display capture, ndi or spout.

For example when using blackmagic decklink quad duo capturing cameras at 1080p50 the final output from resolume look like 25 fps even when composition is set to 1080p50.

When I try to do the same thing using vmix output into obs it looks like it should.

My PC configuration is:
Ryzen 9 3900X + 32GB Ram
RTX 2070 Super
using Arena 6.1.3 and 7.2.1
windows 10

Resolume composition set to 50+ FPS?
How about if Resolume is the foreground application?
