No audio output to devices when Arena open

Audio systems and devices run fine until I open Arena, then nothing works. Yesterday I re-installed the Realtek speaker program, checked the drivers and was able to get sound to all my devices with Arena open but not to Arena.

Today I have not been able to get audio to any devices if Arena is operating, but audio returns if I close it. Running Arena 7, Windows 10, Realtek speakers, Gigabyte Aero - all updates and upgrades current as of yesterday. Audio preference output set to Windows Realtek speakers. I'm new to the platform and can't hear the instructions in the on-line tutorials with the program open. Looking for answers so I can get this baby rolling! Thanks in advance.

The last Windows update messed up my drivers too pretty bad.
Had to toggle stuff in the Device properties to get it working again.
Disabled every checkbox in the Advanced tab on the speaker properties, restarted Resolume, now it works fine.
