Bought Resolume Arena - But after registering - Resolume and Juicebar switches back to Trial mode

I bought Resolume Arena 7 and after registering, Resolume and Juicebar switches back to Trial-Mode.
All Sources and Effects inside Resolume get than the anoying Trial Logo.

Sometimes it works normal ...
Most times it just dont works at all ...

What can I do?
(I dont reinstall my whole System. Before that i want a refund.)

System is Windows 10.

Do you see the Resolume watermark or the one from Juicebar?
