Internal OSC routing

Is there a way to use OSC control internally without using a third-party tool like "OSCROUTER"?
I would like to control the FFT volume from specific clips or columns.
I have tried experimenting with different OSC output settings (such as broadcast and localhost) to no avail.

Currently you'll need a third party app to take an incoming OSC port , strip what you need (and rename it if applicable), and then it back out another OSC port.
