nanokontrol2 in avenue

dear all!

maybe someone has a clue what is happening?
i'm mapping each knob of nanokontrol2 (all of them are the same global midi channel) to several parameters on different clips. after a while Avenue hangs and stops reacting on the midi messages from knobs (however, in the preferences-midi nanokontrol works perfectly !) . at the same time, the buttons are working normally.
any parameter , mapped with the midi, does not react neither on nanokontrol2, nor on the mouse.(i can move with mouse the slider of opacity from 0 to 50%, for example, mapped to the korg nanokontrol2, the slider of opacity will either stay on the same position (0), but the image will not change its opacity, or move to the proper place(50%), but will display the number 0% and sure the image will not be affected with the change)
in the end avenue can't even quit normally, i need to force quit it.
p.s. drivers are new, cable is ok, in other softwares nanokontrol2 works...
OSX 10.13.6, Resolume Avenue 7.4.0.

please help, i'm really trying to solve that weirdness for more than a week already.

Can you still launch other clips when midi stops working?

i can use my mouse and the buttons of controller, but not the knobs/sliders.

Unfortunately it doesn't show anything weird.

Do other USB devices also stop working for you when the nanokontrol does?

Does this still happen in 7.4.1?

Could you send us your shortcut preset and the composition you use where this happens?

Could you check if the nanokontrol still sends midi when Resolume loses it, with a midi monitor app like https://www.snoize.com/midimonitor/ ?
You say the knobs are the ones which fail, and buttons still work, so it sounds quite like a hardware issue.

here are the files.
after the knobs stop reacting - the keyboard also stops to react. and also the mouse clicks (like bypass the clip etc.) don't make a change - the clips don't react and even the buttons (like solo) does not turn blue anymore.
also i have checked the midi console of resolume- was working still with the knobs!

I think, i'm on the way to understand. i guess, that's not nanokontrol's fault, but the fault of wacom intuos tablet. i used it instead of mouse. after 2 days before i stopped using it - there is no more stucking knobs in nanokontrol. i have no clue how are those communicating. (different usb-ports, no extra preferences in resolume...). what do you think?

huh, no idea.
maybe it's messing with the USB interface?
