no render output

Dear people;

We have created a 15 min recording as mov/dxv at 1920x1080. Mov size is 15,5 gig.
Now i want to slow it down to 0.5 speed to total of approx 30 min, so easiest way is to rerender the recorded clip with 0.5 speed. I have just used a new empty composition for this purpose.
Also i want to change codec to for instance motion jpg for the client to use.

I have set the render output folder and rendered to that folder but after rendering is completed, there is no output what so ever.

I can also go use adobe media encoder or even blender image sequencer for more control and choice in codecs, output resolution and speed but i rather understand why i have 0 (none) output.

That's the recording destination you have in your screenshot.
Try the Rendering tab to set the output format, and folder
