Green line on 1080x1920 mp4 recording
When I try to export an mp4 video from Avenue in 1080x1920 form a green line appears at the right edge of the recording. How can I set up for recording so that this green line does not appear?

How are you trying to export the clip?
Is the green line also visible when you play the clip in the composition?

Re: Green line on 1080x1920 mp4 recording
My Avenue is 7.6.0
My settings are:
Audio and Video
Motion JPEG
48000
16
I am exporting by clicking the record button as I have done countless times before. 1920x1080 videos are fine. 1080x1920 videos have the green line on the right side of the video. Googling the green line problem shows up in other software as well with various solutions offered - Adobe, etc. I tried re-sizing the output, etc. Nothing worked.
The green line is not there in the composition itself, just in the export.
Btw, my exports are .mov files. Is there a way to export .mp4s?
Thanks.

Mp4 is not available as export format currently.
Could you share the file you play, and your composition, so we can take a look what might go wrong there?
You can send it to mail@resolume.com too.
Thanks!

Yes, I'll send an example but not my composition which isn't ready to be revealed yet.

Re: Green line on 1080x1920 mp4 recording
No need to upload file - I discovered the problem. The green line isn't on the .mov file itself. The green line is displayed when a 1080x1920 file is played on an old version of Windows Media Player which I migrated from my old Windows 8.1 computer to my new Windows 10 computer a month ago. When I changed the default app on my new Windows 10 computer for .mov to Movies & TV there is no green line. Problem solved.
