NDI output fps.

Post by Bassindaniel »

Hi!

Usually in my country most of the systems set to 50fps (AC Is 50hz).
And there is no way to set NDI to 50fps (please correct me if I wrong).

Please consider Mach NDI output fps (comp and advanced) to composition settings. or at least let us choose NDI out fps.

Daniel.

NDI spits out whatever you send it. So if your comp is set to 50fps, and your output your screen via NDI it should be 50fps. Is this not what's happening on your end? The NDI process is on your CPU so you might monitor your CPU's stats while testing to see what your hardware can handle. Here's a video visually explaining what's going on with NDI :)

The stream flag is set wrong (we have a ticket for it) but you only get 50Frames.

You know, with computer displays and led walls, the display refresh rates are not constrained to the AC frequency any more, like it was with old CRT TV-s

Seems to be working great when I send from Arena to Touch. When I change my comp frame rate, NDI follows (See video above). Maybe it's an issue with studio monitor?

You know. When I have cameras feed in.
It’s super important.

AC is 50 hz.
Lights are 50 hz.
PWM….
