Wire: 0.1 is the same as 0,1

In Arena it doesn't matter if I type 0.1 or 0,1.
Arena changes my input from 0,1 to 0.1 .

In Wire it won't work like this. It ignores completely the comma.

Can you please implement this features.
German keyboard have no dot on the numpad (such as the dutch keyboard)
And typing numbers without numpad is.......
