waiting for in depth hands on review :)

Post by dreamtk »

how far away are we from launch time ?

Am eager to read some in depth reviews about the responsiveness of this promising bit of hardware.

no it's no hoax, i'm just back from soldering some together ;)
we will be able to ship them 1st or 2nd week of august, it only depends on the front foil now (which was misprinted 3 times now)

We (OnkelTuca Visuals) are using it for a long time now (we have the 2nd one, which we wanted to send to Bart & Edwin for AvIt, but did not get it ready in time). We also let DJ's use it occasionally, they immedieatly checked it out.

Mikimoto did also test it, maybe he will post the promised review soon ;)

Also the baggie which it comes in is very robust, we did a lot of awful things to our proto baggies, and they still are fine and can protect the controller. (i have one of these bags for my notebook) A cool side effect is, that you can put 1HE 19" equipment in it.

I belive that resolume and the controller give a very powerful live VJ solution.

I can understand that everyone is impatient! We were working hard, to get it done.
There's light at the end of the tunnel.
