Footage Downloads Very Slowly

I just purchased some new footage, and even though I am hard-wired into my router with 421Mbps I am getting very slow download speeds on the footage. I attempted to download first through Alley, which was giving me 100-200kbps download speeds, and then I tried downloading the .zip files as individual files and it's still incredibly slow. Any ideas?

The files are hosted on amazon cloud.
100-200kbits is not much indeed. With the zip downloads, the performance is out of our hands, but if that's already slow in your browser, Alley won't be able to do better either
