Moving a comp from a PC to another one (w10 to w11, both with the needed specs from arena 7.3), makes some transform not working the same.
Most of the clips work correctly, but some aren't right; saving the transform as a preset didn't solve the problem because after closing the software or simply reloading the comp, the transform keeps being wrong.
What can i do? Thank you!

Win11 isn't close to being "show ready" and I believe is still officially unsupported, so it's going to be a lot of trial and error on your end I would suppose. Any reason why you're on win11? Can you roll back to win10?
I would suspect a video of you explaining what is happening and a log file could help your case out a lot more.

The GPU's supported texture size might not be the same on the old and new machines.
That can cause differences in some cases on how the transform params values are loaded.
Which GPU did you use on the old and which are you using with the new machine?

Not win 11 specific, and we probably have a forum thread about it somewhere,
We've seen it happen moving compositions form old mac where the max texture size was 16k x 16k, to a newer GPU, where the max texture was 32k x 32k
The transform max position params are capped at the max texture sizes, if that's different, you got a different value loaded. I think worked on this, but can't find the ticket.
Could be another issue though. (#16708 maybe which was fixed in 7.10)

Hope i can do a video in the next days; thanks for the advice, i'll try suggesting a rollback to check It. The PC Is a new one given for the tour, bought to improve some FPS drop the production had with the other one

I7 4th gen hq 16gb
GeForce 850m 4gb
The new one Is a dell 9710
I7 11th gen h 16gb
Rtx 3050 4gb

Yeah, the GeForce 850m is 16k texture, the RTX is 32k
If you still have the 850m, you can check it in Resolume quickly, what's the highest transform position value you can set.
