YouTube Style Skip Control on Current Clip

I'd love to be able to map a + (user set time in seconds) and a - (user set time in seconds), or frames if that's easier

Similar to how using the arrow keys in YouTube skips forwards and backwards

It'd make for a great busking tool with stock content

I've actually been using something similar for a while:
I map one of my buttons to the speed slider of the group/composition, piano mode, value 10.
The result: I press the button in sync with the beat and the content does a nice fast forward effect
