Unsecure PW warning on this Site

My Software here warns me that the Resolume Forum Login is sending my Passwort withour encryption and isnt save that way.

You may have a secound to fix this Problem or maybe the communication with the outer world if just the information is not correct....

I dont understand how that change anything..I dont get a warning either, but i think this is becouse i allowed the exception
