Hi,
I've been searching for a way to restart a clip on a specific layer and that clip is in timeline mode, NOT in BPM mode.
Its possible to restart a clip on BPM mode with the resync button near the tap but i dont think there is a possible way for timeline mode.
Any solutions must be controlled by DMX on a specific layer. and about 250 clips in that layer.

Re: Clip restart on timeline mode
Its oke if its only 1 clip to retrigger. But if you have 250+ clips you need to retrigger?
Retrigger the clip in a dedicated layer, and a +if its activated by pioneer bridge.
For example a nightclub with custom visuals of songs. When the dj loads a song, track get loaded in layer 8 plays, the verse is playing --> restart button (Manualy), verse is out fade out, another verse (manual restart button).

If the clip is synced to Pioneer, or Denon, you don't need to touch it, it will start with the clip + offset.
If it's synced to these, you can't restart it manually either.
If you're triggering manually, setting up a shortcut to the layer position, you might get away with only a few shortcuts.
