Disconnecting one projector from two

I use resolume Arena to run shows from my laptop with two projectors. Projectors are connected to a laptop via DVI sockets. I am having trouble disconnecting one projector. Always on the same socket. At the beginning of the show, the projector is disconnected several times in a row. Then, when I play the show, the projector is disconnected, the disconnection occurs at approximately equal intervals. First there is one disconnection, then another after a certain period of time, and the cycle repeats itself. Recently, I replaced the cables with new ones. What could be causing this?

Could also be a faulty connector.

The connector was soldered but it didn't change anything, same problem all the time.

What kind of laptop are you using which has DVI sockets?
